Gianluca Pavanello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Macron since January 2005, Gianluca previously held the position of Manager at McKinsey & Company from January 1999 to December 2004. Earlier in their career, Gianluca was the Financial Controller at Indesit Company in London from August 1995 to March 1997. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from SDA Bocconi, obtained in 1998, and a Laurea in Economia from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 1994.
