Pablo Ricaud is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Rising Farms, where they oversee 2.7 million square feet of high-tech indoor farming space. They are also a Board Member at Consigna, which is transforming the Latin American art scene, and La Insoportable, the maker of the award-winning "Mexican Dry" Gin Armónico. Previously, they held positions as Business Development Manager and Operations Analyst at PayJoy, and as Vice President for Latin America at Arc Labs, among other roles. Pablo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2017.
