Ron Cardenas

Ron Cardenas is an Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance at MacroSource LLC, where they have been serving since 2010. Prior to this role, they held various positions including Human Resources Representative at Enron from 1989 to 1996 and Sr. HR Business Partner at Sun Microsystems from 1996 to 2003. They also contributed as a Human Resources Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation between 2003 and 2010, and served as Executive Vice President at Gavilon Fertilizer, LLC for a brief period in 2022. Additionally, Ron has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands as a Board Member from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Regis University.
