Mark Gagen is the current Director of Finance at MacStadium, and has been with the company for 4 years and 3 months. Mark also prepared and maintained the department’s revenue budget; determined yearly and monthly staffing requirements for labor budget by building detailed staffing models; compiled and presented Dashboard reports for executives to monitor department performance; processed monthly billing, late fees, and invoices for Mortgage, Maintenance, and Club dues; calculated weekly employee commissions for payroll processing; supervised the Workforce Management team of 3 direct reports; and was responsible for scheduling and monitoring real time adherence of over 150 call center agents across multiple teams. In addition, Mark was also responsible for project management and implementation of the contact center’s new phone operating system inContact, as well as Workforce Management programs Nice IEX WFM and Verint Impact 360. Mark also served as a liaison with senior directors and VP’s to strategize on new marketing initiatives to generate revenue. Mark was with Holiday Inn Club Vacations for 6 years and 3 months before joining MacStadium.
