MAD was born from the shared vision of two young women, Mona and Nour, who were determined to make a difference through fitness. In 2023, they teamed up to bring the first Lagree Fitness studio to London, nestled in the vibrant heart of Chelsea's Kings Road. From the outset, their mission was clear: to cultivate a close-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who embrace the power of high-intensity, low-impact workouts. In doing so, they sought to cultivate not just lasting physical strength, but also a balanced and healthy mental well-being.

A little over a year later, MAD expanded its footprint to Mayfair, launching a second studio on the charming North Audley Street. This flagship location offers more than just the signature Lagree experience. Here, clients can immerse themselves in a range of complementary practices, from rejuvenating Yoga sessions to the dynamic Barre classes led by renowned Paola's Body Barre. And for those seeking deeper relaxation and recovery, our studio provides an array of wellness services, including Infrared Saunas, sports massages, assisted stretching, and personalized IV Drips.
