Marco M. possesses a strong background in materials science and engineering, complemented by extensive project management experience. Marco's career includes roles such as Research Assistant in the Advanced Photovoltaics and Photonics Group at the University of Toronto, where preparation of solar control coating samples and characterization of optical properties were key responsibilities. In the role of Peer Assisted Study Session Leader, Marco facilitated study sessions for first-year students and adapted strategies based on feedback.
