Beth Schmitt

Beth Schmitt is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Mad Mex since February 2023, Schmitt has previously held management positions at The Lot at Edgewater and Mad Mex Waterworks. Schmitt's experience extends back to roles as General Manager and Restaurant Manager at various establishments, including Bakn Restaurant and Sienna Mercato, alongside significant tenure with Big Burrito Restaurant Group. The educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2004.
