Brad Proctor

Brad Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brad is currently working at MAD Security, where they hold the position of Director of Operations and also serves as the Cyber Risk and Compliance Lead. Brad joined the company in 2021 as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant. Prior to MAD Security, Brad worked at QRI as an IT Manager from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at University PC Care, including Vice President of Information Technology, Service Manager, and Apple Technician. Brad was with the company from 2011 to 2019. Brad also worked as the Director of IT and Social Marketing at RoundTable Toys from 2009 to 2011. Brad started their career as a Junior Technician/Analyst at Cox North Carolina Publications in 2007 and then served as an IT Manager at Rocky Mount Telegram from 2005 to 2007. Brad's earliest work experience was as a Sales Associate and In-Store Tech at Circuit City from 2003 to 2005.

Brad Proctor earned an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Nash Community College between 2003 and 2005. Brad has also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Project+, Registered Practitioner (RP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), CompTIA Security Analytics Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified iOS Technician, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, CompTIA Security+, and ITIL Foundation Level.
