Shirly Grun has held various roles throughout their work experience. Shirly started their career as a Graphic Designer at Revista COSAS in 2012, where they worked until 2013. In 2012, they also co-founded Alapar Creativas and served as a Co-Founder until 2016. Since 2017, they have been working as an Associate Creative Director at Mad Studios, LLC.
Shirly Grun pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Communications Design and Marketing from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Shirly attended the university from 2006 to 2012. Later, they decided to enhance their knowledge and skills in design management, leading their to pursue a Master's degree in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design from 2015 to 2016.
