Romain Lecomte

Romain Lecomte has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a vendeur caissier at Pat à Pain in 2012 and 2013. Romain then worked briefly as an employé étudiant at Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe in 2014 and 2015, managing the accueil and promoting externalisation of operations. In 2016, they became the Responsable du pôle restauration & hébergement at Rennes School of Business, during which they were in charge of managing and welcoming numerous students and professionals. Later, they worked as a Chargé de Recherche at Eurowin Consulting Group in the computer science and IT system area.

In 2018, Lecomte joined Ubisoft as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. As part of their job, they were in charge of recruiting for Mobile Headquarters in France and Abroad, organising and conducting interviews, enhancing Ubisoft's brand and reporting recruitment activities to managers. In 2019, they became a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ubisoft Paris Mobile, before being promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2020.

In 2020, Lecomte began working as a Talent Acquisition Manager Tech at iziwork, managing recruitment for the company's tech division. Romain also worked at Madbox as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2021, before being promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2022, and then to HR Manager in 2023.

Romain Lecomte received their Baccalauréat in Sciences économiques et sociales from Notre Dame de Sion in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce au Lycée Carnot à ARRAS (62) where they earned a Licence de commerce in Science économiques et gestion. Romain then pursued a Master of Science in International Human Resources Management from Rennes School of Business from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they also completed a Master 1 in Commerce international / commerce at SolBridge International School of Business.
