Welcome to Made for More Wellness, a ministry called to disciple God's people to know Jesus, steward the body, and live a life for Christ.

The Lord has called me to a mission of helping you grow closer to Jesus, whether you are new to the faith or have been walking with Him for years. Through content, programs, and resources, you will be equipped to build weekly rhythms that put faith into action and steward your body as God designed.

Here you'll find:
• Faith and discipleship tools
• Functional health resources
• Wellness programs (coming in the future)
• Practical action steps to help you build weekly rhythms

I'd love to have you follow along as I continue building resources to help Christians produce faith in action.
