Edwin Efemini

Edwin Efemini has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Capacity Planning & Economics Manager at Cable & Wireless for two years. In 2009, they became an ICT Consultant and provided advisory services on utilizing information technology to achieve business goals, managing IT systems, and implementing technological solutions for various businesses until 2015.

Later, from 2011 to 2012, Edwin served as an Associate Lecturer at West Herts College and Oaklands College. In 2012, they joined Atlantic Geodynamics Ltd as a Senior Consultant, followed by being promoted to the role of Director of Business Development from 2013 to 2015.

Moving on, Edwin worked as a Business Analyst at the Office for National Statistics from 2015 to 2017, and then as a Business Analyst at the Food Standards Agency from 2017 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Edwin held the position of Business Analyst Manager at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

Continuing their career in the field, Edwin joined the Student Loans Company in 2021 as an ERP Business Design Lead (Workday) until May 2022.

Currently, Edwin is working as a Lead Business Analyst at Made Tech beginning in May 2022.

Edwin Efemini has a diverse education history. Edwin first attended Obafemi Awolowo University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computing and Information Systems at the University of Greenwich from 1997 to 1998. Edwin later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Bedfordshire, studying from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Edwin Efemini also holds various certifications. Some of these certifications include the Professional Certificate in Data Analysis 2.0 P3 from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, which they obtained in June 2023. Edwin also completed certifications such as TOGAF Business Architecture Part 1 from The Open Group in April 2022, and Enterprise Design Thinking certifications from IBM in March and February 2022. Edwin Efemini further pursued certifications in fields such as Agile project management, business analysis, and IT service management throughout their career.
