Phopy MacAulay

Phopy Macaulay currently serves as the Head of Communications at Made Tech, a position held since January 2024. With extensive experience in communications, Phopy's previous roles include Senior Manager for Reputation, Crisis and Communications at Deloitte, and Change Communications and Engagement Lead for the Government of Jersey. Phopy has also worked at GSK as Global Business Change and Communications Lead, EY as Associate Director for Tax Transformation Communications, and HM Courts & Tribunals Service as Senior Project Communications Lead. Notable achievements include developing a five-year cultural change communications strategy at Olympus IMS and leading internal communications at The Francis Crick Institute and the Department of Health. Phopy began a career in communications in 2010 as Head of Internal Communications at The Crown Estate, indicating a solid foundation in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement across various sectors.
