Thomas Davy is a certified Service and User Experience Design consultant with over 13 years of experience in designing digital products and services for both public and private sectors, including more than a decade for UK Government departments. They have held various roles, including UX Consultant at Ten2Two Solutions Ltd and Lead User Experience Consultant at Innovate UK, where they shaped research projects and led design activities. Currently, Thomas is the Lead Designer at Made Tech, contributing to innovative service design. They began their education with a degree in Design for Advertising from the University of Wales, Swansea, and are continuing studies in Multimedia at Cross Keys Coleg Gwent.
