Meiling Shi has extensive work experience in various industries. Meiling most recently served as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Made2Flow since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Mitrelli from August 2017 to August 2020 in Business Development. Meiling also has experience as a freelance consultant, specializing in business consulting and translation between China and Israel, with a focus on environmental management, energy, power generation, water resource management, and sustainability.

Meiling Shi worked as a Renewable Energy Advisor at Wilson Solarpower in 2015, where they assessed market penetration and negotiated with Chinese partners for production and power plant construction. Meiling also interned as a Built Environment Intern at the Rocky Mountain Institute in 2014, working on LEED Snowmass office project and conducting research on lighting solutions.

In 2013, Meiling Shi volunteered as a Translator for JUCCCE (Joint US China Collaboration on Clean Energy). Meiling also has experience in the jewelry and accessories industry, having served as the Director of Business Development at CBL Jewelry & Accessories from 2009 to 2011, establishing the office and supply chain for the design firm. Prior to that, they co-founded and owned M2O Interior Design Studio from 2004 to 2008, specializing in high-end commercial and residential design.

Throughout their career, Meiling Shi has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, overseeing teams and projects, building relationships, and solving problems on-site.

Meiling Shi pursued their education at Duke University, where they completed a Master's Degree in Energy and Environment from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Hebei University of Science and Technology from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramics Engineering.
