Tal Shogol

Tal Shogol has extensive experience in various roles within the real estate and hospitality industries. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as the Marketing Manager for AFI Europe in Germany, where they managed a large portfolio and achieved significant improvements in occupancy rates and revenues. From 2009 to 2019, Tal Shogol ran their own management company, Shogol Hotel Betriebs GmbH, specializing in the operation of hotels and hostels in Germany. In this role, they were responsible for business development, asset management, and all operational aspects of running multiple properties. In 2010, they also co-founded a real estate investment company called Shogol GbR, which they operated until 2020. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Made2Flow, a tech company focused on environmental data gathering and validation for the fashion industry. As the CEO, they oversee the company's operations and the development of their proprietary algorithm.

Tal Shogol completed a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from Touro University, starting in 2003 and finishing in 2006. Later in 2008, Tal pursued further education at ADI - Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft, completing a program in Diplom-Immobilienökonom / Master in Real Estate in 2009.
