Prior to this, Libby worked at APSO as a Client Services Coordinator and held multiple positions at Bardot Pty Ltd, including Stylist/Sales Assistant, along with a stint as a Visual Merchandiser at EyeCandy Creative Concepts. Additionally, Libby was a Talent & Culture Intern at Mercure Perth Hotel and served as Assistant Manager/Sales Assistant at colette by colette hayman. Libby holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, completed between 2016 and 2019, with earlier education at St Mark's Anglican Community School from 2009 to 2014.
