Patrick Conway has extensive experience in senior financial and executive roles within the mining and resource industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Emerging Businesses and Chief Executive Officer at Mader Group since July 2014, Patrick leads the company's strategic vision in a rapidly expanding sector. Previously, Patrick held positions including Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at Noble Mineral Resources Limited, where responsibilities included financial forecasting and preparing statutory reports for an ASX-listed entity. An earlier role as Acting Chief Financial Officer at HSBC involved auditing income streams and management reporting. Additionally, Patrick managed a significant Business Advisory team at William Buck, overseeing annual fees of approximately $9 million. Patrick holds a Certified Practising Accountant designation from CPA Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Edith Cowan University.
