Ahmad Naddaf possesses extensive experience in customer service, training, and operations management. Beginning as a Student Trainee in IP technical support at Umniah belong in 2013, Ahmad progressed to various roles at Extensya from 2019 to 2021, including Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Training Development Specialist. Post-Extensya, Ahmad held the position of Customer Experience Manager at MadfooatCom from November 2021 to March 2024, and currently serves as the Customer Experience Director. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from al Balqaa Applied University, completed in 2013, and has foundational secondary education from al Waleed Bin Abd Malek.
