Stephen Valente

Stephen Valente has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Stephen began their career in 1990 at MBS Multimode as a Programmer/Analyst and Computer Service Bureau. In 1998, they moved to Friendly Software, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst and Lead Developer for a VAR of ERP software applications for small- to mid-sized companies. In 2004, Stephen moved to Radian Technologies, Inc. (formerly Resilien, Inc) as a Database Administrator and Programmer/Analyst, working in a state-of-the-art data center locally and remotely. In 2005, they joined Langer, Inc. as a DBA/Developer, developing and maintaining .NET browser-based reporting systems and CAD/CAM solutions for the manufacture of biomechanical devices. In the same year, they also started working at Arosa, Inc. as Proprietor, developing and supporting a variety of applications. In 2007, Stephen joined CAMP Systems as a DBA/Application Administrator, administering SQL Server, Oracle, and Informix databases and maintaining Aircraft Shopper Online, an aircraft seller's listing service. In 2008, they joined Welcome Wagon as a SQL Server DBA. Finally, in 2009, Stephen moved to Madison Performance Group as Database Administration Manager, monitoring and maintaining a multitude of SQL Servers.

Stephen Valente attended the State University of New York College at Fredonia from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Audio Recording Technology.
