MADITA is an AI recruiter that conducts structured voice interviews with candidates, around the clock, in over 90 languages. She joins recruiting teams as a virtual team member, interviews every applicant individually, evaluates them against role-specific criteria, and delivers a structured assessment that gives recruiters a solid foundation for their hiring decisions.
From the moment someone applies, MADITA can start the conversation. Candidates choose when and where they interview, in the language they're most comfortable with. Recruiters get a detailed evaluation, full transcript, and audio highlights, typically within 24 hours of application.
The result: 90% less time spent per interview, candidate satisfaction above 95%, and recruiting teams that can focus on the work that actually moves the needle.
MADITA works across every role type, from blue-collar to leadership, and integrates directly with 16+ applicant tracking systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, and SmartRecruiters. No IT project, no system change, live in days.
Built in Germany. GDPR-compliant from day one. EU AI Act ready.
MADITA is operated by HeyJobs GmbH, one of Germany's leading recruiting technology companies based in Berlin. What started as a deep conviction that technology can make hiring faster, fairer, and more human has become a product that enterprises across industries trust with their candidate experience.
We work with recruiting teams in healthcare, retail, logistics, public sector, and beyond, anywhere high-volume hiring meets the need for quality and speed.
