Robert Hilton began their work experience as a Territory Sales Representative at Dixie Craft Manufacturing in 1977. In 1981, they joined Madix Store fixtures, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager. In 1993, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sales, where they remain to this day.
In 1975, Robert Hilton attended Dallas Baptist University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
