Deborah Timlin has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Deborah started their career at Petrie Stores in 1981, where they served as the Territorial Vice President until 1995. After that, they joined DEB Shops, Inc in 1996 as the Director of Store Operations, a position they held until 2010. In 2011, they worked at Catherines as the Sr. Manager of Store Operations, and in 2012, they became the Director of Operations at 10Spot MadRag. Deborah's most recent role, starting in 2020, is the Divisional Vice President of Operations and Loss Prevention at MadRag/10Spot. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing procedures to minimize loss, ensure customer and employee safety, and address customer concerns.

Deborah Timlin attended Archbishop Ryan High School, where they completed their high school education. After high school, they enrolled at Bucks County Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, Deborah pursued further education at Penn State University, where they received a degree in Paralegal studies with a focus on Law.
