Sofía Monterroso currently works as a Program & Development Coordinator at MADRE, where Sofía cultivates and manages relationships with institutional funders. Prior to this, Sofía served as an English-Spanish/Spanish-English Interpreter at Matahari Women Workers' Center and held various roles at organizations such as Artistic Freedom Initiative, Sethi & Mazaheri LLC, and Collective Power.
