Troy Cichos

Troy joined Madrona in 1999 and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Partner. In his role, Troy oversees the operations, finance and administration for Madrona and the venture funds under Madrona’s management. He leads the teams working directly with Madrona companies on recruiting, HR, communications, business development and marketing. For Madrona, Troy manages Legal, HR, IR, Tax and Audit as well as the growing family of Madrona related organizations such as Create33 and Madrona Venture Labs.
