Lynn Rupprecht

Lynn Rupprecht currently serves as the Advisor and Commerce Media Practice Lead at MadTech since 2025. Prior to this role, Lynn was the Lead Director of Loyalty and Personalization at CVS Health from December 2022 to January 2025. Lynn's extensive experience includes a five-year tenure at MediaMath as the Business Lead for Retail and E-Commerce, where leadership focused on programmatic marketing strategies to enhance e-commerce and store revenue. Lynn founded Brand Community Digital, offering consulting services to DTC brands and e-commerce startups, and previously held the position of Head of Account Development at Monetate, overseeing a team dedicated to digital personalization for major global brands. Lynn's career also encompasses significant leadership roles at TracyLocke, where management of branding and digital strategies occurred for prominent restaurant brands. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an International Business Minor from the University of Delaware.
