Eric Fresque

Eric Fresque is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in science and technology consulting, particularly in the defence and security sector. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at CFN Consultants since 2017, Fresque provides specialized advice on government and international innovation programs. As the President of FresqueTech Consulting since 2013, responsibilities include advising various stakeholders on S&T strategies, partnerships, and intellectual property management. With a lengthy tenure at the Department of National Defence, including roles as Director of S&T External Relations and Director of the Business Development Office, Fresque has developed and implemented significant policies and frameworks that enhance collaboration and strategic partnerships. Fresque’s career also encompasses managerial roles at Public Works and Government Services Canada, where initiatives spanned Y2K procurement and defence sciences contracting. Fresque holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.
