Sofie Isgaard Abild

Sofie Isgaard Abild is a psychologist and leadership consultant with a diverse background in sports and youth counselling. Currently, they serve as a psychologist and leadership consultant at Maersk Training while also coaching athletes at the Danish Talentcenter Nordjylland. Sofie previously worked as a youth counsellor at headspace Danmark and contributed as a student assistant at 4player, providing guidance to elite athletes in their educational and mental well-being journeys. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aalborg Universitet and are pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at the same institution.
