Caleb D. currently serves as the Regional Head of Solution Design and System Operations for IMEA at A.P. Moller - Maersk since August 2022, after holding the position of Regional Head of Technology. Prior to this role, Caleb D. was Director at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from September 2021 to September 2022. Extensive experience at Agility from July 2001 to September 2022 includes serving as Regional Director of Supply Chain Solutions, where responsibilities involved managing a team overseeing over 140 warehousing sites in the Asia Pacific region and expanding IT team functions within the supply chain framework. Additionally, in the role of Assistant Regional IT Director – Warehousing Solutions, Caleb D. oversaw the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across emerging markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and developed a WMS Key Performance Indicator system for proactive performance management.
