Eric Kim is a strategic supply chain leader with over 28 years of experience in customer implementation and project management, particularly within logistics and warehouse management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Implementation for North East Asia at A.P. Moller - Maersk, focusing on project management and new business implementation in a dynamic market environment. Previously, Eric held various roles at Expeditors Korea Ltd., including Transition Manager and Warehouse and Distribution Service Manager, where they specialized in sales, process analysis, and service quality improvement. Eric's extensive background also includes managing operations at Iron Mountain and business development at Unipart Logistics.
