Frederick Waje is the Area Head of Order to Cash for South East Asia, overseeing cash, credit, and collections operations. With over 18 years of experience, Frederick has built a strong background in financial products, IT services, and logistics. They focus on defining and implementing best practices for credit control while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient cash collection. Previously, Frederick has held roles such as Operations Manager at Alorica and Manager of Collections at Refinitiv, where they developed and supported teams to achieve regional targets. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Angel University.
