Ivan Lim is currently the Head of Digital Enablement and Automation for SEA at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they focus on enhancing digital strategies. Previously, from 2013 to 2023, they served as the Regional Digital & Ecomm Manager at Sealand – A Maersk Company, overseeing digital transformation and customer journey initiatives across Southeast Asia. Ivan has held various IT roles at Maersk Line in Malaysia and Denmark, as well as at IBM in Singapore, starting their career as an Assistant IT Executive. They are currently pursuing further education at Nottingham Trent University.
