Jay Thaker

Jay Thaker is an HR leader currently serving at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they have held various roles since 2018, including Head HR for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, and now oversee HR for Maersk South East Asia. They previously worked as Head of HR for the Retail Bank and Vice President of HR at Citi, alongside a tenure as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Asian Paints. Jay began their career at Larsen & Toubro, where they progressed through roles in Sales HR and Organisation Development. They hold an MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
