Lee Govender has worked in Customs Operations since 2005 and is currently the Area Head of Customs Operations at A.P. Moller - Maersk, overseeing operations across 13 countries in Southern Africa and the Islands. Prior experience includes roles as Customs House Brokerage Manager at Maersk Logistics & Services South Africa and Senior Customs House Brokerage Associate at Damco Logistics. Lee has also held a position as Senior Controlling Entry Clerk at Turners Shipping, focusing on quality assurance of customs entries. Lee completed the Africa Leadership Development Program at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in 2021.
