Michael O'Connor, MBA, MS, and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, is the Head of Operational Excellence - Americas at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they focus on continuous improvement and customer experience. With over 25 years of extensive experience in operations, production, and logistics, O'Connor has successfully led large organizations through transformational changes, driving substantial cost reductions and productivity increases. Prior to their current role, O'Connor held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, notably as the 92 Maintenance Group Commander and Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Vice Commander, where they managed significant budgets and oversaw large workforces. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
