Rashedul Hasan is currently serving as the Country Lead for Employee Relations & Industrial Relations at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they focus on cultivating a proactive labor relations climate and navigating complex employee issues. With over two years in this role, Rashedul has successfully provided strategic guidance on employee relations and legal compliance, earning multiple awards for excellence in the field. Prior to their current position, Rashedul held various HR management roles, including AGM of HR Operations at FCI Group and Head of Factory HRA at Hop Lun. Rashedul's educational background includes a CHRM from the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, a Master of Social Work in Industrial Relations from the University of Dhaka, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Chittagong.
