Samaan Rishad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and cross-border logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk since November 2022, Samaan excels in managing key client accounts and implementing data-driven processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Samaan contributed to customs processing at SZTG, Inc. by streamlining documentation and achieving compliance cost savings. With a strong background at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Samaan developed skills in optimizing shipment processing and resolving customer inquiries to improve service delivery. Samaan also holds a Masters in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North South University, and co-founded the North South University Model UN Club.
