Steve Workman

Steve Workman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and architecture, currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager for the Maersk Design System at A.P. Moller - Maersk since October 2018. Expertise includes spearheading front-end engineering initiatives and enhancing user-focused design within Maersk’s technology organization. Previously, Steve held roles such as Lead Platform Architect and interim Senior Engineering Manager for analytics and experimentation, successfully leading high-profile teams and projects. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Yell and PA Consulting Group, with a foundation in web development dating back to freelance work and roles with Microsoft. Steve holds an MCOMP in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
