Wayne Yoshida is a Senior Talent Acquisition and Attraction Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, focusing on the NEA and OCE regions. With over a decade of experience, Wayne specializes in sourcing top talent for the supply chain and logistics industry while enhancing Maersk's employer brand through various initiatives. Previously, Wayne served as the APAC Business Director at FocusCore, where they launched and grew the SCM, Logistics & Transportation desk in Tokyo. Additionally, Wayne has contributed to the maritime community as a board member of the International Propeller Club of Japan. Wayne holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from York University.
