Scott Augustine

Scott Augustine is an experienced operations and strategy leader with a significant background in startups and creator economies. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Strategy at Maestro since August 2024, Scott previously held key roles at Rokfin, where as Vice President of Operations, Scott built operations, finance, and HR from the ground up, driving annual recurring revenue from $0 to $5 million and growing active paid subscribers to 35,000. As a founding team member, Scott played a crucial role in defining business opportunities, creating the RAE Token for payment systems, and co-founding RAE to empower creators. Prior to entering the tech space, Scott was a professional poker player, earning over $2 million during a 13-year career, while also contributing to the poker community as a high-stakes instructor at CardRunners and founding an online poker forum, iRockpoker.com. Scott holds a BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
