Olivia Jones

Olivia Jones has a diverse work experience in the music, marketing, and customer success industries. In 2020, they became the Senior Director of Customer Success at Maestro.io, a white-label interactive video platform. Olivia also co-founded Potato Hole, a platform to discover and support Black-owned businesses. In 2010, Olivia founded 118 West Management, a boutique talent management firm specializing in music related clients and projects. Olivia also worked as a Marketing Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and held roles as a District Training Manager and Product Training Coordinator at Vudu - Movies & TV from 2008-2010.

Olivia Jones received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2017. Olivia had previously obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 2007 from University of California, Los Angeles, where they double majored in World Arts and Cultures and Spanish.
