Senior Software Engineer at MaestroQA

Adam Davis began their work experience as a Student Mentor at Johnson City Middle School in 2011. In 2012, they served as a Southern Region Corps Member for AmeriCorps NCCC, a program focused on community service. From 2013 to 2014, Adam worked as an English Discussion Group Facilitator at Ehouse, as well as a Private English Language Tutor. Adam also taught English to speakers of other languages at VUS Vietnam USA Society English Centers during this time. In 2014, Adam served as a Native-Speaking English Teacher at The Asian International School. Adam then transitioned to customer service roles, working at Albertsons Companies from 2017 to 2018 and at E E Schenck Co in 2018. In 2019, they cared for their grandmother as an Elder Caregiver before joining MaestroQA as a Software Engineer. Adam later advanced to the position of Senior Software Engineer at MaestroQA in August 2021.

Adam Davis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they also earned a 144 Hour TESOL Certification from LanguageCorps, specializing in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Prior to that, Adam attended The Catholic University of America from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics & Physics. Adam completed their high school education at Vestal Senior High School from 2004 to 2008, earning an Advanced Designation Regents High School Diploma with High Honors and a Vestal Scholar Certificate.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Adam also holds various certifications. Adam achieved Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer certification from Triplebyte in October 2019 and became Triplebyte Certified in July 2022. In 2015, they obtained 11 separate certifications as part of the Disaster Action Team from the American Red Cross. In June 2011, Adam acquired an Open Water Diver certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), adhering to the ISO 24801-2: Diver Level 2 - Autonomous Diver Standard. Furthermore, they obtained a Level B1 (Lower Intermediate) DELE Spanish Certification from Instituto Cervantes in November 2010. In May 2015, they earned First Aid/CPR/AED Pediatric & Adult certification from the American Red Cross. Lastly, they obtained a Wild-land Firefighter Type 2 certification from the National Fire Equipment System (NFES) MS-NAP Natchez Trace Parkway in June 2012.
