Maffei Advisory helps leadership teams hire and optimize executive support.

We combine specialized search with advisory on how executive support roles should be defined, hired, and integrated to work effectively within a leadership environment.

Most issues with executive support do not come from a lack of talent—they come from unclear role definition, misaligned expectations, and ineffective working structures.

We address both.

Our work includes executive support search, role definition, hiring strategy, and guidance on how executives can structure and work effectively with their support.

The result is better alignment, stronger hires, and executive support that actually functions as intended.
