Matteo Toso

Matteo Toso is a multilingual and entrepreneurial engineer with over 7 years of experience, including 5 years in Mainland China focused on launching a joint venture and managing business operations in the Asian markets. Previously, they served as the Overseas Division Engineer at FIP Industriale SPA, where they managed projects for structural components. As Vice General Manager of FIP Hubei Bridge Products Co., Ltd, they successfully achieved significant turnover and developed the company’s operations and brand in China and other Asian countries. Currently, as the Regional Director at Maffeis Engineering, Matteo is responsible for business development related to structural design and engineering consulting services in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Matteo holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ferrara, as well as an MBA from HKUST Business School.
