Dr. Mouza Al Ameri

Dr. Mouza Al Ameri is a Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon and Assistant Professor of Surgery at UAE University and Tawam Hospital, with over a decade of experience in breast cancer surgery and research. Currently serving as the Chief of the Breast Care Center at Tawam Oncology Center (SEHA), they lead initiatives focused on patient care and survivor empowerment, including establishing the UAE’s first Cancer Survivorship Program. Formerly, Dr. Al Ameri was the first physician elected to the UAE Federal National Council, advocating for healthcare policies and access to medical resources. They hold a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Manchester and a Fellowship in Breast Oncoplastic Surgery from the University of Cologne. Driven by a passion for research and patient advocacy, Dr. Al Ameri regularly lectures at both national and international conferences.
