Daniel Clapham

Daniel Clapham is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the ServiceNow Product Owner for Manchester Airports Group (MAG), a role held since June 2018 that involves ownership of the ServiceNow platform and the development of its technical roadmap, alongside line management of ITSM System Administrators. Prior to this position, Daniel worked at PZ Cussons from May 2013 to June 2018, progressing from an IT Apprentice to a Global IT Service Delivery Analyst, focusing on the successful delivery of IT services and performance reporting.
