Holly has extensive experience in customer communication and management, currently holding the position of Customer Communication's Lead at MAG (Airports Group) since December 2021. Prior roles at MAG include Customer Feedback Manager and Customer Relations Agent. Between June 2017 and December 2021, Holly served as Regional Manager for Action for Children across multiple counties, achieving an IOF Certificate in Fundraising in November 2019. Earlier career positions include Account Assistant at C4B Media, Heart FM Angel with Global Radio, Customer Service Agent at Harrods Aviation, and Shop Assistant at Choice Discount Stores Limited. Holly earned a BA Hons in Media Studies from Anglia Ruskin University between 2012 and 2015.
