Jay Japal

Jay Japal is a seasoned Construction Manager currently working with MAG (Airports Group) since 2025. Jay previously held positions at Gresham Communications as Head of Build and at Gresham Telecom as Project Manager and Build Manager. Prior to this, Jay served as an Assistant Site Manager at Galldris Group, specializing in large-scale projects. With a background in the British Army as a Plant Operator Mechanic, Jay has demonstrated effective leadership and project management skills, complemented by qualifications in PRINCE2 and a Construction Management Diploma.
