Simon Gray

Simon Gray currently serves as Value Delivery Director at MAG (Airports Group) since December 2025, focusing on value creation and savings delivery within the Group supply chain. Prior to this role, Simon was Director of Procurement & Efficiency at Saga plc. from January 2020 to December 2025 and co-owned Navon Support Services Limited, a Professional Services outsourcing organization that supports SMEs with legal and procurement needs. Simon's extensive experience includes roles as Head of Commercial & Procurement for P&O Ferries' New Ship Build Programme, a Supply Chain Consultant for Smith+Nephew, and various interim procurement leadership positions across organizations such as University of London and Monitor NHS Regulator. Simon's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University.
