Thomas Rix currently serves as the Head of Energy Strategy at MAG (Airports Group) since August 2020, where responsibilities include oversight of commercial and physical elements of utility asset management, managing a budget of £5-10 million for annual Capex and £60 million for Opex, along with the implementation and management of Energy and Environment Management Systems. Prior to this role, Thomas Rix held the position of Utilities, Environment and Compliance Manager at London Stansted Airport from March 2017 to August 2020, and accumulated extensive experience at Haven Power from September 2009 to March 2017 in various roles including Head of Commercial Operations and Interim Quant Manager. Previous positions include Data Analyst at IMSERV and Team Leader at Electricity4Business. Thomas Rix earned a BSc in Geography from the University of Nottingham between 2002 and 2005.
